- A track record of working safely at heights, with a keen understanding of risk assessment and mitigation.
- A robust knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and the intricacies of arboricultural techniques.
- Experience in using a variety of equipment, including stump grinders, wood chippers, and harnesses, with a commitment to maintaining tools in excellent condition.
- Excellent physical fitness, as the role involves considerable manual labour, including lifting and operating machinery.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction.
