Every worker placed by Phoenix Gray is CSCS card-verified (using the CSCS SmartCheck system), right-to-work checked in line with Home Office guidance, reference-checked against previous employers, and assessed for relevant trade qualifications (CPCS, NPORS, ECS, SMSTS, SSSTS as applicable). We also carry out DBS checks for social housing and education-adjacent projects. Full compliance documentation is available on request.
Do you offer permanent recruitment as well as temporary staffing?
Yes. Alongside our temp and contract labour service, we run a permanent recruitment division specialising in site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, commercial managers, and senior site staff.
