This includes, but is not limited to, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and the removal of all post-construction debris. You will be instrumental in ensuring that each home is presented in pristine condition, reflecting the high-quality standards of the build.
Skills & Experience:
- A valid CSCS card is essential for this role
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or a similar field is highly desirable
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in your work
- Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a dedicated team
- Physical fitness, as the role involves manual work including lifting and carrying
